Exchange and Returns
Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:
- 1. The goods to be replaced or returned are in the original condition -closed not opened-
and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt. - 2. The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
- 3. Cosmetics must be returned without opening and/or using the product while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.
- 4. You can change any product by choosing another size while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements.

Bank transfer in Kuwait - 7 to 10 business days
International bank transfers - 10 to 20 business days
Cash on Delivery - 10 business days.
